Enjoy a beautiful Sunday afternoon with a truly special dinner with the very first collaboration between Chef Natalia Vallejo and Chef Francis Guzmán from Vianda Restaurant at the beautiful setting of El Pretexto.

The amazing menu, en español:

Comenzaremos a las 3:30pm con un Aperol Spritzer de bienvenida y un surtido de canapés

A las 4:30pm pasaremos a la mesa para degustar:

  • Ensalada de zanahorias en distintas texturas, emulsión de yogurt y eneldo, pan frito

  • Guiso de langosta con pastel de calabaza

  • Pollo al carbón marinado en hojas de china, limón y cúrcuma. Adobo de cebollas y cabezas de ajo rostizadas

  • Ensalada de habichuelas (habichuelas blancas del País, habichuelas tiernas), reducción de chinas y comino

  • Cachetes de cerdo “La Ceba” al tamarindo

  • Rodajas de pana con emulsión de escabeche a la pimienta rosada, flores de amaranto

  • Helado de queso crema, “butter cake”, syrup de guayaba

El Pretexto is an adult only venue, bringing kids under 18 to this event is not allowed.
