Puerto Rican, Cayey-born, Michelin-star winner Chef Jonathan Meléndez from Casa Mono, New York, joins us to work with local ingredients. Jonathan loves to create incredible sauces, play with flavorful vegetables and fruits, and has over 20 years of experience in local and international kitchens.
El Pretexto’s House Chef, Luis Cabrero, joins Jonathan to co-create an exceptional culinary experience. Luis loves to cook using smoked and traditional techniques, honoring family recipes and local ingredients. Luis has over 20 years of experience in the food industry, including over 10 years at La Hacienda.
