Puerto Rico is an island full of fantastic food and gorgeous places. Each corner has its character and uniqueness and presents specialized locally produced ingredients. On the Road AGROCULINARY Series is our proposal to take food lovers to these amazing corners and have a unique dining experience carefully curated by El Pretexto’s team.

 

Puerto Rican, Cayey-born, Michelin-star winner Chef Jonathan Meléndez from Casa Mono, New York, joins us to work with local ingredients. Jonathan loves to create incredible sauces, play with flavorful vegetables and fruits, and has over 20 years of experience in local and international kitchens.  

Every date and place are entirely different, including ingredients and the menu. The sommeliers’ team of Méndez & Co. will design a unique wine pairing for each experience. Make sure to reserve your spot(s) and mark your calendar!
